Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all excursions and trips booked with Younis Tours ("we", "us"). By confirming a booking you accept these terms.

Bookings are made via WhatsApp or our enquiry form. A booking becomes binding once we confirm it to you (usually via WhatsApp). We will then send your pickup time and meeting details.

Prices are shown per person in euros (or per group for private charters). Unless agreed otherwise, payment is made in cash or by card on the day of the trip. No upfront payment or deposit is required at booking unless explicitly stated.

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. If we cancel due to weather or safety conditions, you receive a full refund of any amount paid, or we reschedule at no extra cost.

Please follow the crew's and guide's safety instructions at all times. Inform us in advance of medical conditions, pregnancies, or non-swimmers in your group. Participation is at your own risk within the limits permitted by law.

We carry out all trips with due care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for injury to life, body, or health. We are not liable for personal belongings.

These terms are governed by the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
